2010 LMMC-CT Winter Party!



When : Saturday, February 20, 2010
Time : 6:00pm-11:00pm
Where : North Italian Home Club, 43 Thorpe Avenue, Meriden, CT 06450

Cost : $30.00 per person

FINAL DATE TO SIGN UP : January 29, 2010

Directions :
From I-91 N
1.) Take Exit 16 (East Main Street Exit)
2.) Turn Right onto East Main Street (.7 Miles)
3.) Turn Right onto Cone Avenue (.2 Miles)
4.) Cone Avenue turns into Thorpe Avenue (.1 Miles)
5.) The North Italian Home Club will be on your RIGHT

From I-91 S
1.) Take the W.Cross Pkwy/CT-15S Exit (EXIT 17) toward East Main St
2.) Take the East Main Street Exit 67 (.2 Miles)
3.) Turn Left onto East Main Street (1 Miles)
4.) Turn Right onto Cone Avenue (.2 Miles)
5.) Cone Avenue turns into Thorpe Avenue (.1 Miles)
6.) The North Italian Home Club will be on your RIGHT

There is ample parking all across the front of the hall. The MAIN HALL ENTRANCE is on the North side of the building


MENU :

Hors D'oeuvres: Cheese/Pepperoni/Cracker tray

Dinner:
Garden Salad w/Italian Dressing
Roast beef with Mushroom gravy
Italian Spiced Chicken
Baked Ziti
Meatballs
Oven Roasted Potatoes
Italian String Beans

Dessert : Coffee and cake

Bar : Soda, refreshments and OPEN BAR until the liquor runs out. Please note the selection of alcohol will be *basic* - if you have any special requests please post them in the thread and we will do our best.

There will be a bartender on staff (gratuities will be graciously accepted).

All Club Members who have renewed for 2010 in attendance will be entered into a raffle for door prizes!

PLEASE NOTE : This is a PRIVATE establishment which is being rented by the club. We expect everyone to act in a mature/responsible manner. There will be a representative of the hall on staff for the evening.


Gatherings like these are always fun and a time not to be missed. Let's start 2010 off right with a great night of food, fun and great friends!

A huge thanks to Ray (zinc01cobra) and Jay (SuperDuty) for putting this together for the club, calling in favors and stepping up to help for the entire event!

The caterer we are going with owns a lunch counter in town and caters many events all around as well as many events held at the North Italian Club... I feel that you will be very pleased with the quality of the meal which he provides for our event!!!
