05-27-07 : Another great LMMC-CT event!  What could be better than getting ~80 mustangs and ~150 people together for an afternoon cruise?  Ending the day with a cookout and watching a brand new Ford GT on the dyno! 

The weather cooperated for the day and Dave once again led us on a great tour that lasted nearly two hours.  It seemed everywhere we went heads were turning, people were stopping to look, it was definitely a great site to see.  Once we made it to XXTuning the club put on a cookout with the classic 'dirty water dogs', potato salad, coleslaw, chips, cookies and drinks.  Once everyone had a full stomach, it was on to the dyno where Chris put the GT through its paces and wow'ed everyone in attendance with the power from the factory of Ford's Supercar.

The best part of the afternoon?  We made it through the day without any accidents, tickets or problems - because once again our members showed they know what the club is all about and there's a time/place for everything.  This was our first cruise in 4 years that was open to the general public and I hope all of our guests enjoyed themselves.  As for the members, the season has only started and we have plenty more events in store as usual!  If you're not a member yet - what are you waiting for???  Register here to get in on all the fun and excitement!
